INFORMATION ON THIS SITE
The current catalog stores your cart, destination and service preferences, and age declaration in browser local storage. It does not store payment card details or passwords. Research profile drafts are held in the open page; downloading a draft creates a file on your device. No application is transmitted until the registration service is explicitly enabled and the page states that submission is available.
APPLICATIONS WHEN REGISTRATION OPENS
A submitted application will contain your name, email, research category, organization where relevant, country, nonclinical project description and policy acknowledgments. Date of birth is used to check the 21+ threshold; the AWS service records the age declaration check rather than retaining the date of birth. Do not submit patient data or confidential research protocols.
PURPOSE AND ACCESS
Application information is used to verify the email address, assess research eligibility and administer an account. Order information will be used for payment, delivery and support. Access should be limited to authorized staff and contracted service providers necessary to supply those services.
BROWSER STORAGE AND HOSTING
You can clear the cart and age declaration with “Reset browser preferences” in the footer or through your browser settings. Hosting services may process ordinary technical request data to deliver and protect the website. AURA has not added advertising trackers to this storefront. Separate account and payment services may use their own essential cookies and notices.
BEFORE LIVE COLLECTION
The registration and payment launch requires the operating legal entity, privacy contact, retention schedule, service-provider list and applicable jurisdictional disclosures to be confirmed. Those details must be published before this site starts accepting live applications or payments.
YOUR CHOICES
Do not submit an application if you do not wish the stated details to be reviewed. You may clear local drafts at any time. Requests concerning information submitted after launch should use the privacy contact published with the account service. Mandatory legal rights are unaffected.
