The country list supports enquiries across North America, South America, the Middle East, Europe and Asia. A listed destination is not a promise of service or authorization to import a product. Product eligibility, trade restrictions, carrier acceptance and local requirements must be checked before payment.
SHIPPING QUOTES
When ordering opens, live shipping options will depend on the destination, origin, parcel weight and dimensions, material handling requirements and carrier availability. A preferred carrier in an enquiry is not a purchased service or confirmed rate.
CARRIER SERVICES
DHL Express, FedEx and UPS are planned carrier options through the shipping connection. Only services actually returned and approved for the shipment will be offered at checkout. No label is purchased by preparing a cart or downloading an enquiry.
HANDLING AND DISPATCH
Lot-specific storage and transport requirements must be established before dispatch. Processing times, temperature controls, cutoffs and delivery estimates will be stated with the active service. AURA does not currently promise worldwide delivery or a fixed transit time.
DUTIES AND IMPORT REQUIREMENTS
The accepted order must state the applicable shipping terms and any allocation of duties or import taxes before payment. Unsupported or restricted destinations cannot be completed through checkout.
TRACKING AND ISSUES
Confirmed shipments will be associated with the order and carrier tracking details. At launch, contact instructions for delayed, damaged or missing shipments will be supplied through the secure account service.
